As you work with Toyota as an existing or prospective supplier, you will become acquainted with members of Toyota’s Supplier Diversity team. Part of the company’s Purchasing division and based in Erlanger, Kentucky, these dedicated professionals are responsible for leading Toyota’s progress in achieving world class diversity standards.
Mr. Hendrix was appointed Toyota Supplier Diversity Senior Manager in January 2015. He oversees both the manufacturing and sales divisions. He is responsible for building Toyota’s supplier diversity processes, including the sourcing and development of M/WBEs. He previously held this position from 1997-2000.
Ms. Burton serves as Toyota’s Purchasing Supplier Diversity Manager. She leads Opportunity Exchange, the group’s strategy creation and relationship building efforts to ensure the continuous development of diverse companies within Toyota’s supply base.
Ms. Stephens serves as Purchasing Supplier Diversity Manager. Her responsibilities include the Power of Exchange, internal strategy development as well as development and sourcing of MBEs and WBEs within Toyota’s supply base.
Mr. Yamada serves as Purchasing Supplier Diversity Manager. His responsibilities include internal diversity strategy development (financial services), sponsorship of diverse companies, as well as managing Supplier Diversity activities for NGLCC, WBCS and WBEC West.
Mrs. Caudill is a Purchasing Supplier Diversity Analyst at Toyota. Her responsibilities include Opportunity Exchange, Tier II tracking & strategy development as well as acting as a liaison between Toyota groups and M/WBEs. She manages Toyota Supplier Diversity activities for NMSDC and WBENC Southern Regions.
Mr. Ellis is in the Supplier Diversity group where his responsibilities include Opportunity Exchange, Tier I Diversity Spend & Reporting as well as acting as a liaison between Toyota groups and M/WBEs. He manages Toyota Supplier Diversity activities for NMSDC and WBENC Northern Regions as well as Canada.
Ms. Walker's responsibilities include the Supplier Diversity team's marketing/branding efforts, as well as Opportunity Exchange. She manages Toyota Supplier Diversity activities for WBENC, Chicago MSDC, Mid-States MSDC, Ohio MSDC, ORV – WBC, and TriState MSDC.
Ms. Young is responsible for Toyota's internal and external Supplier Diversity websites, as well as internal content development and Power of Exchange. She manages Toyota Supplier Diversity activities for ABA, AICCCAL, Dallas-Fort Worth MSDC, Southern California MSDC, Southwest MSDC, and WBEA – Texas.
Ms. Kirkopoulos leads the executive management coordination for Supplier Diversity, as well as execution of the team's sponsored events. This includes Opportunity Exchange and Power of Exchange.
